We have two rooms to rent in Kewarra Beach, we have a lovely four bedroom house with an outdoor dining area and a pool. It has a double lock up garage and lots of storage.
The two rooms have built in wardrobes and can be furnished with a single bed and a desk if you want. They both have very good ceiling fans and the carpets were steam cleaned this week. If you have your own furniture that is gladly welcomed as there is plenty of space for your own fridge, couches etc - it is a very large house.
You will be sharing with two university students (law and engineering) and a bakers apprentice. We also have a very affectionate kitten who thinks he runs the place.
The kitchen is fully equip with cooking utensils etc but again if you have your own there is plenty of space.
The rent for the house is $400 a week so we have decided that it is only fair that the rent be divided by the number of people in the house. So ideally it would be $80 a week but if we can only fill one room then it will be $100.
This way couples are encouraged as the rent would be lower still and if you have a friend and you want a room each then you are guaranteed that price.
The bills are not covered in this price and will be split equally, the phone and internet at the moment are $100 a month but we are looking for a better provider. And the electricity will be split when it is due.
A bond of two weeks rent is needed in case the room is damaged
