INVITATION TO TENDER
.1. The Economic community of west African States (ECOWAS) and the Social Welfare Department of the Republic of Ghana through the Government has received Grant and loan from the international Development Association (IDA) and international fund for Social Welfare Development respectively towards health improvement and social welfare project,
We intend to apply part of the proceeds of the grant and loan to payment under the contract for procurement of Two Million Pieces of T-shirt and Five million packets of condoms, for our 2010/2011 campaign against The spread of HIV/AIDS in West African Region..
2. Interested Bidders and suppliers are hereby invited to submit Tender Documents through the Office of the Secretary Contract Review Panel
3.The Tender /Bidding Documents are (a) Proforma invoice of above listed products (b) Company profile (c) Any form of a valid identity (d) A letter of Intent ''LOI'' expressing your intention towards the projects.
4.Our Tender requirements and specification of the desired t-shirt and condoms will be Despatched Upon request.
