Hi,
I have a room available to rent in my apartment (as roommate is moving interstate.) Whole place is furnished so don't need anything. The room has bed and cupboard and is good size room. It Has a ceiling fan (no aircon) however room doesn't get very hot and theew is aircon in living room. Bathroom with washer and dryer. Pool in complex and very close walk to town, cairns central, bus stops, shops and everything you would need. I am very easy going and fun and looking for someone similar, basic house cleaning and keep place tidy is all I ask.
As well as rent there is electricity and gas bill however these are not very expensive. I will need 4 weeks bond and then rent paid fortnightly (or weekly if easier) to me.
Looking for someone to stay atleast 3 months ideally with stable job as don't want to have to keep looking for someone.
